Younghwa KIM

Mr. Younghwa KIM had served as an examiner, trial judge, appellate trial judge and trial cheif of KIPO in field of Patent, Design and Trademark; and adheres to the highest standard of legal excellence for developing and preserving our clients’ right by his excellent experience in dealing with many cases of examination and trial.

Especially, Mr. KIM had performed a revision work for the relevant requirements in accordance with joining of  the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) of the Republic of Korea.

Also, Mr. KIM had contributed a professional revision work for patent law enacted in 1961, starting at 1984 and performed in 1st September 1990, so as to promote the industrial development and contribute significantly to the internationalization.
